A SGC-7901 cell line with low B7-H3 expression was established by lentiviral-mediated RNA interference to investigate the effect of B7-H3 on cancer cell migration and invasion in vitro.
These results suggest that c‑jun plays a significant role in regulating the expression of β3Gn‑T8 in the SGC‑7901 cell line and may be involved in the development of malignancy via the activity of β3Gn‑T8.
Cases were 81 patients with M-SGCs and the controls were 810 age-matched and sex-matched first-visit outpatients without cancer treated at Aichi Cancer Center Hospital from 1988 to 2005.
These results demonstrated that ER stress, autophagy and the apoptosis‑inducing effects of KFX in SGC‑7901 cells may achieve promising anticancer effects in numerous other types of cancer.
